We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Learning and Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for children.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that promote the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of children.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be willing to study towards one within three months of commencement) and relevant work experience in a similar role.
In addition to your qualifications and experience, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
You will also be able to demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

- Required Qualifications:
