We are committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes and are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team.

As an Occupational Therapist at Real Therapy Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with adults and children with various presentations, developing your knowledge and skills in motor skills, ADLs, functional capacity assessments, and sensory disorders.

The role offers a 12-month Graduate PLUS program, providing a comprehensive induction, reduced caseload for the first three months, regular supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will be part of a supportive team environment, working closely with experienced therapists, and receiving consistent supervision and training.

The successful candidate will possess full Australian work rights, registration as an Occupational Therapist with AHPRA, a degree in Occupational Therapy, and a current driver's license.

With a focus on person-centered interventions, we encourage applicants who share our commitment to positive client outcomes and improving the lives of clients and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000-$105,000 per annum, above award pay rates, plus kilometre reimbursement, laptop, and professional development opportunities.
