Job Description:

We're seeking a resilient and agile individual who can work strategically and operationally to drive engagement, performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have a degree-qualified background in HR, Business or a related field, and proven experience in a strategic HR Business Partner role, particularly within change-focused environments.

  • The successful candidate will be able to build deep trust with stakeholders, navigate complex conversations and support leaders through organisational change.
  • They will also possess natural coaching skills, courage and confidence to drive results and embed people-first practices.

Key Responsibilities:

The People Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance and delivering solutions that drive business outcomes. They will coach leaders through sensitive conversations, support performance management initiatives and embed agility and continuous improvement in HR practices and leadership development programs.

  • This includes enabling change, supporting leaders through organisational transformation and focusing on long-term readiness and adaptability.
