Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operators

Are you a skilled and motivated individual with a passion for operating heavy machinery?

  • This role requires proven experience in open-cut coal mining operations, including operating ancillary equipment, haul trucks, dozers, and graders.
  • Familiarity with excavators is an advantage.
  • Maintenance of a strong safety mindset, hazard identification, and incident reporting are essential responsibilities.
  • We seek individuals who can develop a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and contribute to a supportive team-oriented site culture.
  • A reliable, self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive approach to work and shift rotations is required.
  • Holders of current RII Statements of Attainment relevant to equipment and Site authorised training transcripts will be highly regarded.
