Job Coach

We are seeking a skilled Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities or injuries to find and maintain employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized employment plans to meet the unique needs of each client;
  • Build strong relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to determine client's skills and abilities;
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to clients as they transition into employment;
  • Monitor client progress and adjust employment plans as needed;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities or injuries, preferably in a job coaching or employment services setting;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel;
  • Current driver's license, with access to reliable transportation;
  • Fluency in Mandarin and Vietnamese languages is an asset.
