Your role will involve delivering services using evidence-based approaches such as the Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Model.
You will work collaboratively with participants, their supports, and employers to achieve vocational profiling, job search, resume and interview preparation, placement, post-placement support and ongoing support.
Responsibilities- Deliver services that exceed individual and team performance targets, contributing to the overall success of our service.
- Build strong relationships with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with NDIS and community providers to ensure wrap-around supports for participants' wellbeing.
- Monitor outcomes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery.

What You Will Need- A relevant Certificate III or higher qualification (Employment Services, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field).
- Experience in employment services, mental health support, or disability services.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with participants, their supports, and employers.
- Business development skills and local employer connections.
