As an Employment Services Specialist, you play a pivotal role in empowering individuals to lead independent and fulfilling lives. You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and job seekers, to deliver tailored employment solutions that make a lasting impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and secure employment opportunities for participants with local employers, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
- Support participants in developing skills to become job-ready, enhancing their employability through training and support service referrals.
- Deliver quality services while adhering to all contractual and compliance requirements, ensuring excellence in every interaction.
- Develop personalized job plans for clear employment pathways, helping participants achieve their career goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups, creating a network of opportunities.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- A MyGovID (Standard level).
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
