As a highly skilled Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a rural setting.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to teamwork, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
About the Role- Provide safe and compassionate care to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary health care team.
- Work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse to achieve quality care outcomes.
- Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care.
- Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict by managing own emotional responses.
- Evidence of participation in professional development and willingness to share expertise with colleagues.
- 7 Weeks Annual Leave per year.
