Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality care outcomes and improve patient experiences.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded and communicated effectively.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Evidence-based practice and critical thinking skills to advocate for and implement individualized person-centered care.
  • Capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
