Job Summary: Lead the coordination of patient flow and access across Remote Health Service to ensure people receive the right care, in the right place, by the right team.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient flow and accessibility.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize timely access to care.
- Manage diverse, time-critical competing clinical and non-priority tasks.
- Lead change and utilize real-time data to optimize patient flow.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Current nursing/midwifery registration with AHPRA
- Demonstrated understanding of principles, systems, and processes related to patient flow and discharge planning
- Proven clinical leadership skills and ability to lead a team with person-centered leadership
