Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Building Operations and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective management of our building maintenance activities, including the coordination of planned and reactive maintenance teams. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services that meet quality, compliance, safety, and environmental standards.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which will enable you to consult and negotiate with stakeholders effectively. Your ability to lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team will be essential in driving high-performance outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in operational and contracted maintenance management, preferably in a multidisciplinary construction context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on providing high-quality customer service.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to foster a healthy, inclusive, and well-connected workplace.
  • The ability to actively contribute to the development and implementation of efficient operational systems and procedures.
