About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Specimen Collector to join our team. As a Specimen Collector, you will be responsible for collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting patient samples with care and attention to detail.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all patient interactions and sample collections.
  • Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Certificate of Attainment for AS/NZS 4308:2008 Urine Drug Screening.
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service and empathy skills.
