The Senior Sustainability Leader plays a pivotal role in driving our company's sustainability strategy. This senior leadership position focuses on social, customer, investor, and funds components, aiming to deliver measurable commercial value for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Align and integrate our platform sustainability strategy into investment plans with partner teams.
- Lead sustainability disclosures and ensure compliance with mandatory climate-related financial disclosures.
- Develop and implement strategic social sustainability programs and partnerships.
- Drive collaboration between Sustainability, Marketing, and Customer teams to enhance customer sustainability.
- Create and execute the Sustainability Engagement & Communications Plan.
We seek a passionate individual with a strong empathetic nature, balanced with practical business acumen. A people person who can influence outcomes and obtain information with ease, with good listening and communication skills.
- Degree qualification in sustainability, social sustainability/impact, law, community engagement, communications, or similar.
- Experience developing and delivering social sustainability and communications strategies in corporations.
- Track record of leading and influencing sustainability change programs at scale.
- Ability to leverage sustainability outcomes to improve customer attraction, engagement, and retention through brands.
- Understanding of Funds Management and investor needs.
- Experience leading high-performing teams and influencing other teams to deliver sustainability outcomes.
