**Job Title:** **Sales Excellence Specialist**

As a Sales Excellence Specialist, you will drive business growth by leveraging sales strategies and operations to accelerate transformation and deliver impactful results.

  • Sales Strategy & Operations - Develop and implement effective sales strategies, identifying key opportunities and challenges to allocate resources efficiently and maximize impact.
  • Business Health & Management - Drive continuous pipeline generation and progression, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maintaining high standards of execution discipline.
  • Sales Execution Transformation & Efficiency - Support the development of emerging pipeline generation programs and workshops to enhance sales performance and efficiency.
  • Agile Planning - Collaborate with segment leadership to drive account planning and strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  2. Maintain high standards of pipeline hygiene and execution discipline.
  3. Drive efficiency and simplicity to enhance sales effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with segment leadership to develop and implement account plans.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, sales operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience using data to drive business outcomes or inform business decisions.
  • 7+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers.
  • 5+ years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, including planning, timelines, and tracking progress.
