About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Advanced Personnel Management (APM). As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make a real impact in the lives of those who have sustained psychological injuries at work or may be facing personal challenges at home or in the community.
  • Use your clinical expertise and skills to support your clients' journey as they return to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services and Disability Employment Services.
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness and disability through the delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A tertiary qualification (Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling or Social Work)
  • Hold current registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ASORC or AASW)
