About the Role

Benchmark Rehabilitation is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with diverse needs, from children to the elderly, to regain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop personalized rehabilitation plans for clients, focusing on functional recovery and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs to promote client progress and independence.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.
