About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Total Workfit Solutions Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation
  • Conduct early intervention and psychological worksite assessments
  • Participate in medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison
  • Provide rehabilitation, motivational, and vocational counselling
  • Conduct vocational assessments
Requirements
  • Full or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAA
  • Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation (highly desired but not essential)
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance
  • Current driver's license and vehicle
  • Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
  • A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
