About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Total Workfit Solutions Pty Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake workplace rehabilitation services in line with your scope of practice, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, and rehabilitation counseling/vocational assessments.
  • Provide advice on job modifications and support needs assessments to ensure injured workers receive the best possible care.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including medical professionals, employers, and employees, to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
  • Conduct medical case conferences and provide case management services to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) or AASW (Australian Association of Social Workers).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
