Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of configuration logic, troubleshooting, and interpretation processes.
  • Support consultants with complex rule design and debugging.
Own standard ruleset and contract template libraries in Confluence and Ready Workforce applications.Ensure templates reflect current platform capabilities, compliance requirements, and best practices.Coach consultants to confidently build, manage, and maintain contracts using standardized rule templates.Develop and maintain configuration guides and Confluence documentation for scalable and consistent contract builds.Work with Product and Compliance teams to review and update templated rule sets.Participate in sprint reviews and roadmap planning to advocate for feature enhancements supporting scalable rule configuration.Build and deliver contract rulesets for assigned implementation projects.Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure rule configuration aligns with Statements of Work, contract interpretation, and customer expectations.Document, configure, and test each ruleset for accuracy and compliance.Qualifications
  • Essential Experience:
    • Rules Engine Configuration: Hands-on experience building and maintaining configuration rules.
    • Payroll Implementation or Configuration: Experience interpreting employment contracts, awards, EBAs, or enterprise agreements.
    • Template & Documentation Management: Experience creating, managing, and version-controlling reusable templates.
    • Project Delivery: Involved in software implementation or configuration projects.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with technical, business, and compliance/legal teams.
