Pediatric Speech Pathologist

Yooralla is seeking a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a Paediatric Speech Pathologist. This is a fulfilling role that will provide best practice, evidence-based speech pathology services to children with a disability to achieve their goals and live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver therapy in people's homes, educational settings, or in the community, aimed at maximising a person's functional skills and participation, as well as promoting physical health and wellbeing.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and carers to support client goals.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Psychologists.
- Provide indirect client service and family coordination to support client goals.
You'll be an established and enthusiastic Speech Pathologist with a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline, be a member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA), have good interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage people with a disability, motivate them, and build their capability.
To be successful in this role, you'll share Yooralla's values and have experience working within a transdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team model, the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families, and the opportunity to build on your clinical practice.
