About the Role

At our Margaret River location, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Care Professional to deliver high-quality care services to our residents.

This role includes In-Charge shifts, so we're looking for a confident professional with strong clinical skills and demonstrated leadership experience. You will be the sole care provider on shift, supported by a capable and caring team of care staff.

You will plan, organise, and deliver care in line with individual Resident Care Plans, while promoting high standards of professional practice. You will also provide clinical leadership, support, and guidance to our Care Staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate Care Professional to join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact in aged care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organise, and deliver care in line with individual Resident Care Plans
