Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a responder.

The successful candidate will provide support to individuals in need, working closely with our response network to coordinate responses.

The role involves conducting stakeholder engagement, nurturing partnership relations, and providing input to operational procedures and network management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing emergency and non-emergency support responses as required
  • Navigating complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism

Requirements for the role include:

  • Recent or current experience in emergency services, military, or security-related work
  • A high level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
  • Ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity

About the Role

You will be based in Margaret River and will work closely with our Support Centre to coordinate responses.

This is a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
