Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to enrolled nurses and unregulated workforce, ensuring appropriate delegation of tasks.
  • Participate in continuous safety and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to audits and reviews that enhance patient and staff experiences.
