Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project profitability plans to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with teams to create comprehensive cost management frameworks, supporting informed decision-making.
  • Support bid writing and contract negotiation efforts to secure new opportunities.
  • Contribute to cross-functional teams, fostering a positive dynamic and achieving shared goals.
  • Produce detailed feasibility studies, procurement reports, and other essential documents to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Hold relevant industry accreditation, such as RICS and AIQS.
  • Demonstrate expertise in cost planning for Healthcare, Education, and Commercial projects.
  • Baseline security clearance is highly desirable.
