Project Management Role

This position involves overseeing project profitability and market exposure to boost the company's profile and attract new clients.

  • Manage financial performance of projects
  • Support bid writing and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with cost management teams and provide assistance when required
  • Work independently and be responsible for deliverables

You will also be responsible for developing feasibility studies, creating procurement reports, estimating costs, planning tenders, managing post-contract cost variances, and handling change control processes. Furthermore, you will need to perform regular cost checks and valuations on larger projects.

Additional responsibilities include contributing to value engineering and generating monthly post-contract cost reports for senior management to present to clients.

Qualifications Required

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Preference given to RICS and AIQS accreditation
  • Sound experience in cost planning for Healthcare, Education, and Commercial projects
  • Defense experience and baseline security clearance is an asset
