Cost Planning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Cost Planning Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with clients across various sectors to deliver cost management solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost planning strategies to ensure project profitability
  • Manage external services to raise company profile and generate new leads
  • Assist with bid writing and negotiation of contracts, including managing the prequalification stage and producing tender reports
  • Integrate with cost management teams and provide support when required
  • Produce feasibility studies and cost plans for large-scale projects
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recognized degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar field
  • Preferable RICS and AIQS accreditation
  • Sound experience in cost planning in Healthcare, Education, and Commercial projects
  • Defence experience and baseline security clearance is an advantage
