Strategic Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Profitability Manager to spearhead our cost management efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage project profitability and drive financial performance
- Externalise within the local market to raise company profile and generate new leads
- Assist with bid writing and negotiation of contracts
- Integrate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic support when required
- Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
- Preferable accreditation in recognised professional bodies
- Sound experience in cost planning across various sectors, including healthcare, education and commercial projects
- Defence experience and baseline security clearance is advantageous
