About the PositionThis exciting opportunity is for a Performance Manager (SEM) to join our team. Whether you're an experienced Manager or a driven Senior Performance Executive, your application will be considered.
You'll oversee the planning, optimization, and performance of paid search campaigns across various brands, collaborating closely with key client stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
As part of this role, you'll provide guidance on day-to-day delivery of work for an offshore team member, ensuring effective problem-solving, attention to detail, strong communication, client servicing expertise, and qualified paid search knowledge.
- Owning end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of paid search campaigns across relevant platforms
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and platform developments in SEM, and applying this knowledge to enhance campaign performance
- Presenting and articulating approach, ideas, and developments to client stakeholders and the wider team
- Ensuring budget allocation aligns with strategic objectives and delivery meets target expectations
- Reporting at regular intervals, ensuring details are clear and accurate
- Managing and overseeing the development of the offshore team member, including day-to-day oversight of their work across implementation, pacing, and optimisations
- Ensuring Account Managers, client Brand Managers, and the wider team clearly understand any challenges and apply suitable solutions
- Collaborating closely with the broader Digital team, Account Managers, and Operations Leads, contributing to a collaborative environment and celebrating collective achievements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end SEM/paid search expertise
- Experience managing team members and effective leadership skills
- A proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients through comprehensive strategies and innovative approaches
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong client servicing and account management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
