Advanced Rehabilitation Professional

An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated occupational therapist to advance their career and provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic occupational therapist with demonstrated advanced clinical skills in acute/subacute stroke and neurological rehabilitation, to deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions aligned with best practice guidelines.

  • Provide leadership within the clinical area and supervise the OT stroke team including P1 OT, OTA, and students.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based interventions in stroke rehabilitation.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a qualified occupational therapist with minimum 3 years proven experience in stroke rehabilitation, preferably in an acute setting.

  • Ability to lead and mentor a team, communicate effectively, and maintain relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply clinical reasoning, sound judgment, and complex decision making at an advanced level of practice in stroke and neurological rehabilitation.
