Organisational Change Lead Opportunity

Quality People is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Lead to join our client in Darwin for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy to support the delivery of a contemporary multi-stream revenue management solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.
  • Collaborate with the client agency and internal Program team to create a shared sense of purpose and drive engagement.
  • Analyse and report on complex issues, evaluate associated risks, and identify business benefits.
  • Provide expertise in change management and project planning to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Organisational Change Lead or Business Change Manager.
  • Contemporary knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, practices, and tools.
  • Ability to translate change and engagement strategy into operational goals.
  • Experience working in the financial sector within government and IT industry.
