">The Family Preservation and Reunification Response Practitioner plays a crucial role in supporting infants, children, and young people living with their parents or other family members. The primary focus is on sustaining placements and reunifying children with their parents through a collaborative case management approach.
">This role requires the ability to work autonomously, demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills, and possess confident communication skills in written and verbal English. The successful candidate will also have experience working with Aboriginal communities and an understanding of Child, Youth and Family Services Act.
">The Practitioner will be responsible for promoting family preservation and reunification, ensuring the best interests of children and young people, and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders. This position involves working closely with partner agencies and community stakeholders to deliver evidence-informed services and achieve exceptional client outcomes.
