Family Preservation and Reunification Response
">We provide flexible and tailored support services as part of the Family Preservation & Reunification Response, a state-wide initiative. Our goal is to help children and their families create a positive and safe environment within the family home, focusing on keeping families together and ensuring children in care can return to reside with their family.
">To Be Successful in this Position You Will Need:
">- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational or Developmental Psychology or a Master's degree in Social Work with experience in therapeutic settings.
- The ability to conduct and supervise multi-systemic assessments at various levels, develop case plans and implement interventions.
- Experience working with marginalized, minority and hard-to-reach young people and their families in their homes and communities, and knowledge of cultural sensitivities and effective engagement.
