Civil Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the delivery of our civil construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil construction, with experience in managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, councils and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil projects from planning to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Deliver high-quality works such as bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water and roadworks
- Work closely with budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental and QA systems
Requirements:
- 8-10 years' experience in civil construction, preferably in a project management role
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in the $0.5M-$10M range
- Strong understanding of civil works methods and plant
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Based in or familiar with the Adelaide region
