Civil Infrastructure Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our civil construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years of experience in managing complex infrastructure projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
The role involves delivering high-quality works such as bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roadworks, concrete, electrical & comms. A strong understanding of project documentation, budgets, schedules, and compliance with WHS, environmental, and QA systems is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong working relationships with clients, councils, and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining excellent project outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project management from planning to handover
- Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Delivering high-quality works such as bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roadworks, concrete, electrical & comms
- Maintaining compliance with WHS, environmental, and QA systems
- Building strong working relationships with clients, councils, and stakeholders
Requirements for the role include:
- 8–10 years of experience in civil construction (not all as PM, but with solid site-based knowledge)
- Experience delivering subdivisions or related infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of civil works methods and plant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Based in or familiar with the Adelaide region
