Business Services Manager Role

The Business Services Manager position is a key role within our organization, responsible for managing the delivery of business services to clients.

About The Job

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Services Manager. As a senior member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of client relationships, project delivery, and team development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality business services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience in professional public practice, preferably in a leadership or management position.
  • A degree in Commerce or Business, with a major in Accounting.
  • CA/CPA qualification or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
