This mid-tier accounting and advisory firm is seeking a highly skilled
Manager / Senior Manager
to join our growing Business Services team. They work with a diverse range of clients, including private family groups, SMEs, and high-net-wealth individuals, helping them achieve their strategic goals. This is a unique opportunity to go beyond traditional accounting and compliance and provide genuine business advisory and consulting services.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to the team's success by providing A grade strategic advisory and compliance services. As a firm they are committed to your professional development and will provide the support you need to grow your technical, business development, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a dedicated client portfolio, working closely with Partners.
- Lead strategic business discussions and deliver high-value advisory services.
- Review complex financial statements, consolidated reports, and income tax returns.
- Advise clients on tax structuring, planning, and other technical tax issues (e.g., Division 7A, CGT).
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to junior team members.
- Assist in setting job budgets and managing operational responsibilities.
- Start developing and expanding your professional network.
They Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Is CA/CPA qualified with prior experience in an accounting firm (5 years +)
- Is a strong problem solver with excellent attention to detail.
- Has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is a self-starter who takes ownership and can manage multiple deadlines.
- Has strong digital skills, including cloud accounting platforms.
- Has a collaborative mindset and a passion for finding solutions.
