**Job Summary**

We are looking for a seasoned professional to perform various contract administration functions, including estimating, planning, and cost management, while exercising sound financial acumen. The successful candidate will proactively maximise value for clients and contribute to the company's growth in NSW.

About the Role
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and main contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and facilitate new business opportunities, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Develop master-plans and feasibility budgets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Cost-check developing designs and implement value engineering to optimise costs.
  • Evaluate tenders, analyse bids, and negotiate contracts to secure favourable terms.
  • Cash flow projects, procurement, and cost reporting to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Evaluate variations, prepare valuations, and finalise account reporting to ensure accurate financials.
  • Prepare claims, present, negotiate, and settle disputes to protect client interests.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction.
  • Extensive experience in cost estimating and planning software, particularly Cost X.
  • Demonstrated track record of winning and managing major projects, showcasing leadership skills.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
