Production Operations Coordinator

This role is a crucial support position within the production team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining key administrative, inventory, and documentation tasks to ensure smooth daily manufacturing operations.

The Production Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Production Leader and be responsible for managing tasks such as raising purchase orders, tracking stock levels, processing production paperwork, and ensuring accurate digital records within the Microsoft Dynamics system.

Key Responsibilities:
- Raise purchase orders in the Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) system
- Manage and track production stock and inventory levels
- Process production paperwork and maintain up-to-date digital records
- Perform timely and accurate data entry
- Collaborate closely with production planners and team leaders
- Provide general administrative support to the production team as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using systems, preferably with experience in MSD
- Prior experience in manufacturing, inventory, or production administration is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy with a willingness to learn and adapt
