At the ACT Government, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated leader to fill the role of Access Canberra Service Centre Manager.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to motivate and lead a busy and dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver information and services to customers in a superior customer environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position based in Canberra. The estimated salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Note: Selection may be based on application and referee report only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
