Job Description

This role is responsible for coordinating activities in a revenue collection team. The successful candidate will be based at our head office and have the opportunity to work from home part-time.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the water or utilities industry, preferably in revenue collection or financial services. A high level of business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach are essential.

  • Coordinate daily activities and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce aged debt
  • Provide training to new staff members on collection strategies and processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Administration
  • Proven experience in a similar role with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • High level of computer literacy and experience with business systems
