About the Role

This role provides critical support to a revenue collections team by implementing effective collection strategies, delivering training, and addressing knowledge gaps to ensure high-quality processes.

The role involves various customer-facing activities such as responding to queries, allocating work activities, and providing expert guidance on complex matters and complaints.

About You

Ideally, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Administration or relevant experience in a similar role. You will also have:

  • Proven experience in the Water or Utilities industry, in a revenue collection, credit control, or financial services area
  • High-level business acumen with strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution, and Stakeholder Management Skills
  • High-level Computer Literacy Skills and Experience with Business Systems, including MS Office Suite
  • Ability to Plan, Organise, and Prioritise Tasks Effectively
  • Natural Problem-Solving and Solution-Providing Skills
