About the Role:

The Atlam Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior manager to lead a transformational work program focused on uplifting corporate governance. As the Governance Review Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the objectives of strengthened governance and business and operational readiness required to support a new Governance Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the baseline review of organizational governance processes, including executive-level committees, delegations, and accountabilities.
  • Develop the implementation priorities and roadmap reflecting the baseline review recommendations.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to support the effective operation of the Governance Board and other boards.
  • Ensure clear and fit-for-purpose decision-making structures and forums.
  • Define processes to support governance structures and ensure business teams understand their accountabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading organizational change and transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective governance frameworks.
