At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Client Relationship Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bookings and appointment scheduling for the Allied Health team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate appointments and ensure client satisfaction by liaising with clients, nominees, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Accurately collect and document relevant client information required to make an allied health appointment or service referral.
  • Provide high-level customer service by being responsive, friendly, reliable, and professional with all enquiries and interactions.
  • Manage and oversee NDIS-related administrative tasks, including obtaining NDIS plan details, coordinating Service Agreements, and supporting data cleansing and impact reporting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, referrers, and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service, with a focus on high client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
