We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Secretary to join our dynamic medical workforce.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional with a solid background in healthcare. As a Medical Secretary, you will provide high-level administrative support across multiple specialties.

  • Managing complex diaries and coordinating meetings
  • Preparing accurate and professional correspondence
  • Supporting departmental goals and initiatives
  • Handling rostering, payroll, and travel arrangements for senior medical staff

You will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective service with regard to the handling of Medical Administration Department enquiries.
