Job Title

Drive Business Growth in South Australia.



Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow top-tier accounts across wholesale, inbound, retail travel, corporate, and MICE segments.
  • Develop new business opportunities for the hotel and region, identifying high-value deals.
  • Collaborate with national and property-based account managers to maximize group-wide performance.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with consortia, travel agents, and conference organizers.
  • Implement yield management strategies to ensure long-term profitability.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting and quotations.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events.


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
