This opportunity involves working with our Employment and Safety team as a Legal Assistant, supporting high-performing legal professionals on employment matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and forms;
- Preparing briefs to barristers and investigators;
- Liaising with barristers, clients, partners, lawyers, and other staff members;
- Creating and managing files, including file management, opening, closing, and archiving;
- Time recording and preparing month-end bills;
- Diary management;
- Undertaking general office duties as required.
About You
You will:
- Have advanced knowledge of MS Word for Windows and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrate excellent communication and written skills;
- Show proficient typing skills.
