The Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Yassas Greek Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for managing the efficient preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality dishes are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare customer orders according to their requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Adhere to food safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Select high-quality ingredients to ensure dishes meet our culinary standards.
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus, taking into account customer preferences and market trends.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stock control, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless kitchen operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or 3 years of experience as a senior chef in a similar restaurant.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols and health regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and meeting kitchen targets.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $75,000, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality dishes.
