Nestled in the heart of Southbank, Distrikt is a space that is inspired by local culture, where guests & locals enjoy a homely and nostalgic experience away from home. Featuring Distrikt Restaurant, Bar Distrikt, and Distrikt Press Café as well as conference space we cater to all needs, whether someone wants a quick takeaway coffee and breakfast, a sit-down meal with family and friends, or a quiet space to work from.

**Job Description**:
As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading and motivating a passionate team.
- Ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all our F&B Outlets
- Overseeing the planning and execution of events
- Upholding high standards of service and hospitality
- Collaborating with the culinary team to curate exceptional menus
- Building strong relationships with customers and the local community

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of the local food and beverage scene
- Creative flair and a keen eye for detail
- RSA
