Requirements
  • Qualified trade professional with extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings.
  • Proven leadership in similar industries with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and risk assessments ensuring safety in high-risk environments.
  • Skilled in managing dynamic workloads and competing priorities through effective planning and time management.
