Field Service Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of technicians and apprentices to ensure high-quality service repairs and aftermarket support for CAT machines and Marine engines.
  • Manage work order scheduling, execution, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide customer warranty support and maintain strong relationships.
  • Champion safety by enforcing OH&S protocols and conducting risk assessments.
  • Use CAT systems (SIS) and IDS to oversee job tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • A qualified Heavy Duty trade professional with extensive supervisory experience in mechanical or dealership settings.
  • Proven leadership in similar industries, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide high-performing teams.
  • Strong understanding of OH&S protocols and risk assessments, ensuring safety in high-risk environments.
  • Skilled in managing dynamic workloads and competing priorities through effective planning and time management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Technically proficient in computer systems for job tracking, reporting, and service coordination.
